Q: Can I have my award made while I wait or within 24 hours?
A: Yes but! Your selection is limited to in stock items, rush engraving charges and is not possible at all times of the year.
Unfortunately "Drive Thru" awards do not lead to creative recognition.
Q: How long does it take to create an award.
A: Most engraved trophies and plaques take 5 working days. Lasered or sand etched glass/acrylic take up 10 to 14 working days. Promotional products take 3 weeks on average. Custom designs allow 4 to 6 weeks (including pins, castings etc.)
Q: Is engraving included in the product price.
A: No. Engraving is charged on a per letter or square inch basis. Obviously, it is impossible to be fair when including engraving chargers as every situation is different.
Q: Why is engraving "expensive" if it is all done by computer?
A: Our engraving is done by skilled technicians working on state of the art equipment. In short you have to know how to instruct the "machine" to do its job and that's what you are paying for.
Q: Can you engrave logos or special designs exactly as submitted?
A: Yes, but remember "garbage in garbage out". With properly submitted artwork (.EPS, .CDR files for example) we should able to reproduce your artwork. Please remember that engraving/lasering is a "black & white" process while sublimation allows for colour. (See engraving information section.)
Q: Do I have to leave a deposit?
A: Yes, all our work is custom in nature and requires a minimum deposit of 50% at the time an order is placed. The balance is due at the time of pickup or before the order is shipped.
Q: What is there are mistakes on my order?
A: We guarantee our engraving to be free of errors based on clearly typed, emailed or faxed instructions. Any error on our part will be corrected and returned to the customer at no charge within the fastest possible turnaround time (usually 48 hours). If the error is the customers, we will again strive for the same turnaround time but will charge for the re-engraving, shipping etc.
Please remember "To error is human, to forgive divine!" and together we will solve any problem.
Q: If I am buying in quantity, do I get a discount?
A: Yes. We have a standard discount policy that includes pricing discounts on up to 100 awards. At levels greater than that we will provide a written quotation.
Q: Can I change the figurines on the trophies shown, to ones of my choice?
A: Yes, there is a complete list of all figurines listed in the trophy section. The same applies to inserts for medallions.
