Engraving

We do not engrave products that were notpurchased from The Award Store.

Pre-cut aluminum or brass engraving shields, 1” and 2” discs, and cut rectangular or square plates (up to 2” x 4”) are priced at $3.50 each. All other sizes by quotation.

We do not direct engrave onto acrylic or glass
(see: Laser Engraving below).

Laser Engraving

While most of our acrylic and glass laser engravable products will be
pre-priced in the showroom with the engraving charge included, we offer
the following information as a guide.

Laser engraving on metal is $1.50 per square inch.

Laser engraving on acrylic, glass, plastic or wood is $2.50 per square inch.

Minimum laser engraving charge on all items is $10.00

Lasered Tags
Many of our customers have requested small, self-adhesive tags.
These tags would be ordered in large quantities and used on items
such as medallions, trophies, automobile dashes, machinery, etc.

Tag size not to exceed 1”x3” (rectangular and square shapes only).

Flexible plastic material only, in gold or silver with black print.

Sublimation
Sublimation is a printing process.
There is no guarantee of exact colour matches on any logos.

Minimum sublimation charge is $10.00.

Set-up charge is $15.00 (8 lines of copy).
Line Changes: $4.00 ea (Horizontal).
Logo die set-up: $60.00 (up to 5 sq. inches).

All discounts are based on regularly priced merchandise.

Logo and Artwork Requirements

Logos must be in EPS vector art format (all fonts converted to curves).
Any other type of artwork may be subjected to an additional artwork charge.
The logo setup charge is $25.00. The repeat setup charge is $10.00.
There is no setup charge for text only. This service includes one graphics proof; additional proofs may be subject to an artwork charge of $60.00 per hour.

Work Turnaround
All in house orders can generally be produced within 5 to 7 working days.
While we attempt to stay with this schedule, this production time can be extended based
on volume of orders. Your sales associate will give you an accurate delivery date.

Quality takes time to produce. Please keep in mind that delays in approving artwork,
failure to provide workable copy or logos will extend production time.
